1. All HUGSandKISSES items are brand new.
2. Prices are non-negotiable.
3. Postal charges are not included in prices shown.
4. Payment to be made upon confirmation.
5. Goods will be delivered upon receipt of payment.
6. Reservations are allowed. However, it will be cancelled automatically if payment is not received within 2 days.
7. Goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable.
8. If you want us to re-stock any items, do drop us an e-mail.
9. Advance payments are required for re-stock items.
10. Colours may differ slightly in photos due to different monitor settings and lightings.
11. HUGSandKISSES will not be held responsible for any lost or damages during delivery process.

♥ BUYINGandPAYMENT ♥
1. Fill in the HUGSandKISSES Order Form at the bottom or e-mail hugsandkissesboutique@gmail.com the following:-
♥ Name or Item No.
♥ Colour and size (if applicable)
2. If selected item(s) is available, we will reply with our bank account details for payment purposes via e-mail.
3. Buyers can make payment via Cash Deposit, Direct Transfer or Cash (for COD). Do let us know your mode of payment.
4. Once payment is made, e-mail us the transaction details or a copy of the transaction slip, together with your name and address.

♥ DELIVERYandCOD ♥
1. Goods will be delivered via PosLaju to the address provided by buyer once we have received the payment.
2. Buyers are to bear all postal charges by PosLaju:-
♥ 1-2 pieces: RM7 (P. M'sia), RM9 (E. M'sia)
♥ 3-4 pieces: RM9 (P. M'sia), RM11 (E. M'sia)
♥ Additional: RM2/piece (P. M'sia), RM3/piece (E. M'sia)
♥ Anywhere out of M’sia, kindly e-mail us for the postal charges.
3. Cash on delivery (COD) with petrol charges can be arranged at selected areas according to our convenience. Kindly e-mail us for the location and petrol charges (FREE COD within Subang Jaya).
